Managerial Approach of Theory of Constraints and Its Application in Production Logistics

约束理论(TOC)认为,任何系统至少存在着一个约束,如果这个约束决定一个企业或组织达成目标的速率,则必须从克服该约束着手,才能以更快速的步伐在短时间内显著地提高系统的产出。TOC给出了管理改善的起点和路径,使得企业避免了不必要的弯路。因此,TOC对企业优化管理具有方法论上的意义。

Theory of Constraints （ TOC ） thinks that any system has one constraint at least. If the constraint decides the vclocity arriving at target of an enterprise or organization, then we must overcome the constraint to rapidly improve system outputs significantly. TOC is a kind of advanced management theory, which can make enterprises operate smoothly and has the significance of methodology for optimizing management of cntcrprises.
