基于我国国有物资企业的优势和不足,以浙江物产集团的转型情况和发展模式为例,总结了适应现代物流发展要求的转型和资源整合的核心内容、途径,以及转型后的主要业态形式。国有物资企业只有从战略上向现代企业制度靠拢,才能实现向现代物流服务商的转变。

Taking Zhejiang Material Industry Group as an example, this paper analyses key content and method of resources integration, and transformation that adapts to development requirement of modem logistics, as well as main form after transformation based on advantages and shortcomings of traditional material circulation enterprises. Only move closer to modem enterprise system strategically, can state - owned material enterprises realize transformation to modem logistics.
