摘要
分析了影响料筒温度的主要因素,采用阶跃响应法获得了料筒温度对象特性,提出了模糊变系数PID控制策略,还设计了模糊变系数PID控制器。结果表明,模糊变系数PID控制的动态和静态特性指标均优于普通PID控制的,适合于非线性、大惯性、纯滞后、有较强耦合的多变量系统控制。
The main factors related to material canister temperature were analyzed, and the characteristics of material canister are obtained by step response method. A strategy of fuzzy variable-coefficient PID control is brought forward, and the controller of fuzzy PID control is designed. The results indicate that fuzzy PID control precedes PID control in dynamict and static targets. And it is suitable for non-linear, high-inertia, pure-hysteresis, strong-coupled multi-variable control systems.
