摘要
以对叔丁基苯甲醛和对甲氧基苯乙酮为原料,Al2O3固载KF为催化剂,采用微波辐射技术,合成4-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-亚苄基-4’-甲氧基乙酰苯。考察了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、催化剂量和溶剂量对产率的影响,结果表明,最佳反应条件:对叔丁基苯甲醛∶对甲氧基苯乙酮(摩尔比)=1∶1,微波辐射功率480 W,辐射时间70 s,催化剂的量90 g,溶剂甲醇量100 mL,收率超过95%。
4-(1,1-Dimethylethyl) benzylidene-4'-methoxyacetophenone was prepared from 4-methoxyacetophenone and 4-tert-butyl-benzaldehyde by catalyst under microwave irradiation. The effect of power, time of microwave irradiation, the amount of catalyst and volume of solvent on yield were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were that the mole ratio of 4-tert-butyl-benzaldehyde to 4-methoxyacetophenone was 1 : 1, the microwave irradiation time was 70 s with the power of 480 W;dosage of catalyst was 90 g, volume of methanol used as solvent was 100 mL. The yield was over 95%.
