光催化剂膜的制备及活性评价

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃纤维布上成功制备了锐钛矿型TiO2薄膜。并以腐殖酸为处理对象,对TiO2膜的光催化氧化活性进行评价。结果表明,该固定TiO2膜光催化体系对降解腐殖酸有良好的效果,反应3 h,腐殖酸的降解率达52.9%。显示了光催化氧化法在水处理中的良好应用前景。 TiO2 photocatalytic thin films on a fiberglass cloth that exhibit anatase phase structure were prepared successfully via the sol-gel method. In addition, there was an activity evaluation on TiO2 thin film using HA as handle objects. The results showed that TiO2 thin film had a good effect on degradation of HA, and the degradation rate could reach 52.9% in three hours. It showed favorable practicabihty application of ultraviolet radiations as an oxidative catalyst on water treatment.
