摘要
以自制Fe3O4磁粉、微晶纤维素与淀粉、丙烯酸,交联剂为主要原料合成了磁性高吸水性树脂。探讨了Fe3+、Fe2+加入速度对Fe3O4磁粉的影响以及Fe3O4磁粉加入对磁性高吸水性树脂的饱和磁化强度、吸水率的影响。结果表明,Fe3+、Fe2+加入速度过快,Fe3O4磁粉磁性降低。实验测得磁性高分子吸水树脂的饱和磁化强度为0.7 Am2/kg、吸水率为60 g/g,能够应用于油田堵水领域中。
Magnetic superabsorbent was prepared with Fe304 magnetic lose, starch, acrylic acid and cross-linking agent. The effects of the adding powders, microcrystalline cellurate of Fe^3+/Fe^2+ and the addition of Fe3O4 magnetic powders on saturation magnetization of magnetic superabsorbent were investigated. The results showed that the magnetizability of Fe3O4 magenetic powders decreased at high adding rate of Fe^3+/Fe^2+. The saturation magnetization of the magnetic superabsorbent was 0.7 Am^2/kg and the absorbability was 60 g/g. This magnetic superabsorbent could be used as water-plugging agent in oil field.
