摘要
采用香草醛-硫酸法测定落葵提取物(粗皂甙)中的皂甙含量,以齐墩果酸为标准品,用正交实验法确定香草醛-硫酸法显色反应的最优条件。结果表明,显色反应的最优条件是:反应温度为80℃,香草醛乙醇浓度为10%,硫酸浓度为60%。在此条件下测得落葵粗皂甙中的总皂甙含量为14.9%。
The saponins were extracted from basella with ethanol refluxing extraction. The oleanolic acid was taken as the reference standard. The optimal color method conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the sample reacted with 10% vanillin-ethanol solution and 60% H2SO4 at 80 ℃. The total sponins of the crude sponins from basella was about 14.9%.
