摘要 弹簧负荷自动分选系统是对弹簧负荷自动进行检测、分类的系统。文章介绍了一种基于ARM及Windows平台的弹簧负荷质量检测系统,给出了该系统的硬件结构和设计思路,详细介绍了系统中的软件功能模块的设计,说明了系统中的各种功能。该系统能较好地解决了弹簧负荷的自动检测和分类,并成功地运用到了企业的生产过程中,有效地提高了弹簧负荷质量检测的精度与效率,具有成本低、速度快、检测精度高、操作简单等优点。 The spring-load test is one of the important research project for the spring production enterprise; the spring-load automatic sorting system is an automatic spring-load test and classification system. The paper introduces a spring-load quality testing system based on ARM microprocessor embedded hardware and Windows platform,gives a particular description about the hardware structure and design ideas, and also describe the various features of the system and the details of the system's PC software modules. We provide a better solution to the spring-load test system with automatic detection and classification, and successfully used in the production process, thus effectively improved the accuracy and efficiency of the spring-load testing. The present system is a low-cost, high reliability and easy to operate spring-load quality testing system.
