摘要
采用纳米X型分子筛改性酚醛树脂,探讨了纳米分子筛对酚醛树脂固化时间、硬度和热性能等影响。分别采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、差热分析(DTA)等方法,分析纳米X型分子筛和酚醛树脂化学结合情况,研究改性材料的硬度、热性能的变化。研究结果表明:纳米X型分子筛和酚醛树脂进行了化学结合,有效地提高了酚醛树脂的硬度及耐热性能。
Through FT- IR, DTA analysis, nanoparticle X- zeolite modified phenolic resin is researched. The effect of nanoparticle X - zeolite content on properties of phenolic resin such as curing time and hardness is considered. Results show that chemical bondage emerged between nanoparticle X - zeolite and phenolic resin which lead to improvement in thermal properties of phenolic resin.
