摘要
研制手术治疗青光眼用复合药膜。曲安奈德(TA)作为模型药物,壳聚糖与明胶作为载体,溶剂挥发法成膜。红外光谱、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜分析其结构与组成,对膜进行降解性、溶涨性和兔眼生物相容性实验研究。结果显示,适当比例的明胶引入,使复合膜的柔韧性、溶涨率、降解性和生物相容性得到显著改善。实验证实复合药膜能很好满足青光眼手术治疗的需求。
Sustained release drug membranes are prepared and applied to glaucoma therapy on operation. Using triameinolone acetonide (TA) as a model drug, the drug membranes with chitosan and gelatin as carriers are prepared through solvent volatilization. Then their structures and composing are analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT- IR), X- ray diffraction (X-RD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Their degradability, swelling ability and biocompetibility in rabbits' eyes are researched. The results show that flexibility, swelling ability; degradability and biocompatibility of composite films with appropriate proportion of gelatin have improved noticeably. The experiments show that this composite films could satisfy the need of glaucoma therapy on operation.
