摘要
通过轨道牵引法,利用托架、钢制轨道、垫块、滚动体整体迁移大型钢制油罐,并对迁移过程中容易发生的罐体变形、撕裂、倾斜、碰撞、底板变形更换等风险进行了分析,提出了预防和解决方案。结果表明:此方法与传统的分割还原、机械吊运等方法相比使用安全、费用经济、操作简便。
Based on the traction through the track, use brackets, steel track pad, scroll to relocate a large body of steel oil tank, and analysis the risk of deformation, tearing, tilt, collision, and deformation plate replacement in relocation process. The results show that this method is more safe, economical and easy compare to the traditional method of restoring the partition and mechanical lifting method.
