摘要 目的:观察咽舒饮泡腾片的急性毒性反应及其抗炎抗菌药效,为临床用药和进一步的开发研究提供理论依据。方法:咽舒饮泡腾片以最大浓度最大剂量灌胃,连续7 d观察小鼠急性毒性反应情况:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,小鼠棉球肉芽肿实验观察咽舒饮泡腾片的抗炎作用;观察咽舒饮泡腾片对5种较常见易感菌的抑菌和杀菌情况。结果:咽舒饮泡腾片最大浓度、最大剂量灌胃后动物表现有活动减少,摄食减少,稀便甚至腹泻,但2~3d后均恢复正常,7 d后全部动物健存,体重情况与正常组无明显区别,未见其它任何毒副反应;咽舒饮泡腾片可明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和棉球肉芽肿组织增生,具有广谱抑菌作用并对乙型溶血性链球菌显示出非常良好的抑菌作用和杀菌活性。结论:咽舒饮泡腾片的急性毒性低,具有较好的抗炎和抑菌杀菌药理作用,对治疗咽炎有良好的效果。 Objective : To observe the acute toxicity and pharmacodynamics of Yanshuyin effervescent tablets. Method: Yanshuyin with the greatest concentration and the largest volume were given to mice once or twice. The toxicity was observed after seven days continuously oral administration. Dimethylbenzene induced ear edema and cotton-pill-implantation-induced hyperplasia in mice were used to study the anti-inflammatory effects of Yanshuyin; minimal inhibitory concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration of Yanshuyin to five commonly susceptible bacteria in vitro were also observed. Result: The mice with the largest concentration and the largest volume of oral administration of Yanshuyin reduced their activities, ate less and gave thin faeces or even diarrhea, but two or three days later returned to the normal. After seven days, no death of the animals was found, the body weight had no significant difference compared with the normal group, there were no other toxic reactions; Yanshuyin can inhibit the dimethylbenzene induced mice ear edema and inhibit the granuloma proliferation, it also showed a broad spectrum antibacterial activity and very good antibacterial and bactericid- al activity to Beta-hemolytic streptococcus. Conclusion : Yanshuyin effervescent tablets have little toxicity, it is very safe for the clinical using. Yanshuyin has a good anti-inflammatory, antibacteria effect, so it is suit for the treatment of pharyngitis .
