摘要
目的:建立咽舒饮泡腾片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对其中绿原酸、麦冬进行鉴别;高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其中绿原酸的含量。结果:TLC法可以鉴别其中绿原酸、麦冬。绿原酸线性范围为6.48～207.52μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.9%(RSD=0.74%)。结论:所建立的鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便,准确,可用于咽舒饮泡腾片的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the quality standard of Yanshuyin effervescent tablets. Method： Chlorogenic acid and Ophiopogon japonicus were identified by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid was determinated by HPLC. Result： TLC can be used to identify chlorogenic acid and ophiopogon japonicus. The calibration curves of chlorogenic acid were linear within the range of 6.48 - 207. 52μg · ml^-1 （r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98.9% （RSD =0.74% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and sensitive . It can be used for quality control of Yanshuyin effervescent tablets.
