摘要
目的:建立咽舒饮泡腾片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对其中绿原酸、麦冬进行鉴别;高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其中绿原酸的含量。结果:TLC法可以鉴别其中绿原酸、麦冬。绿原酸线性范围为6.48~207.52μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.9%(RSD=0.74%)。结论:所建立的鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便,准确,可用于咽舒饮泡腾片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Yanshuyin effervescent tablets. Method: Chlorogenic acid and Ophiopogon japonicus were identified by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid was determinated by HPLC. Result: TLC can be used to identify chlorogenic acid and ophiopogon japonicus. The calibration curves of chlorogenic acid were linear within the range of 6.48 - 207. 52μg · ml^-1 (r =0. 999 9). The average recovery was 98.9% (RSD =0.74% ). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive . It can be used for quality control of Yanshuyin effervescent tablets.
