摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定双泽清脂颗粒中大黄酚的含量。方法:色谱柱为DIKMA C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.1%磷酸(85:15),流速为1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长为254nm。结果:大黄酚在0.080~1.600μg(r=0.999 8)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.45%,RSD为1.66%。结论:该方法专属性强,便于操作,能有效地控制药品的内在质量。 Objective: To establish an HPLC method of chrysophanol determination in shuangze gingzhi granules. Method: The sample was analyzed on a DIKMA C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with methanol- 0. 1% phosphoric acid (85:15)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml· min^-1 and the detection wavelength 254mn. Result: The linear relationship of chrysophanol was at the range of 0.080 - 1. 600μg( r = 0. 999 8), the average recovery was 97.45 %, RSD = 1.66% ( n = 6). Conclusion: The present method is specific, advantageous for the operation, which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
