微创骨水泥灌注治疗肺癌椎体溶骨性转移灶的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察应用微创骨水泥灌注技术治疗肺癌椎体骨转移灶的止痛效果。方法21例肺癌骨转移患者,43处骨转移病灶均给予骨水泥成形术治疗。观察治疗前后患者疼痛强度变化情况并行镇痛药使用评分调查。结果21例43个转移灶手术完成顺利。VAS和镇痛药使用评分均明显降低(P〈0.01)。结论微创骨水泥灌注技术治疗肺癌椎体溶骨性转移灶可有效地缓解疼痛,减少止痛药物的应用。
