摘要 JLS系列小直径分层流量——含水测试仪(简称分测仪),因实际测试方式不同或与不同的生产测井仪器组合使用,要求集流伞驱动电路的控制方法也随之不同。论文介绍了5种电机驱动控制电路的工作原理、性能特点及现场应用情况,基本方法是用电压等级方式控制直流电机的正反转,创新在于直流电机无触点切换,电路采用分离元件温度性能更加稳定。电机驱动电路作为分测仪的一个核心技术,它适应了各种抽油机井过环空分层测试仪的要求,应用范围更广;改进后的电路提高了分测仪撑、收伞成功率,从而进一步提高了现有仪器的一次下井测试成功率,节约了成本,提高了经济效益。 The JLS series small diameter layering flow - hydrated test meter (flowmeter for short) requires the control method of through - tubing metal - basket driven circuit changes as the actual test methods changes or uses in combination with different production well-testing instrument. This thesis, therefore, introduces the principle, features and on-site applications of 5 different motor driven control circuits, which basically employs the turning & reverse turning feature of voltage grade control DC motor and innovatively takes the advantage of its non-touch switch in turning and steady temperture of the separate devices in the circuit. The motor driven circuit, as the key flowmeter technque, can meet the requirement of different production well-testing instrument in the ring tubing. In this way, the improved circuit enjoys more extensive applieationand higher efficiency of the fowmeter and other instruments working in the wells.
