摘要
动物实验中常会遇到麻醉方法等问题,麻醉效果常受实验动物、麻醉剂品种、麻醉剂量以及操作者的技能程度等因素影响,麻醉不当不但会影响实验的操作,严重的还会引起实验动物的死亡,影响科研工作的进程。
The method of anaesthesia to animals is a common factor in animal experiments, the result is effected by the difference of the animals, the anaesthesias and the dosage of the drug, and so on, the skill of the operator is also an important one. Inappropriate anaesthesia will make a disadvantage to the operation, even the death of the animals.
