摘要
基于离线仿真实验装置在模拟随机干扰、信号延迟、模型误差等方面存在不足,设计了一种在线仿真实验装置。其硬件采用工控机、研华数据采集卡、传感器等。软件以MATLAB的RTW工具箱为平台,在MATLAB自带的Real-time板卡驱动程序帮助下,使用实时内核技术来保证数据处理的实时性。该装置组合灵活、经济实用,有助于学生设计多种软控制器,大大提高了实验教学的效果,也为其他基于MATLAB的实时数据采集处理提供了一种思路。
Due to the deficiency of offline simulation device in simulating random disturbance, signal delay and module error, an online simulation device is designed. In hardware, IPC, Advantech data acquisition card and sensor are used. In software, based on the RTW toolbox of Matlab and the real-time drive of acquisition card, real - time kernel makes it possible to process data in real time. The device is economic, operational, agile. It contributes to designing various soft controllers, increases the experiment-teaching effect and provides a new means for data sampling and processing based on Matlab.
