摘要
全球糖尿病患者人数在不断的增多,大约10%的I型糖尿病患者在10年后可出现糖尿病性视网膜病变,而大约95%的II型糖尿病患者在20年后可出现糖尿病性视网膜病变。目前,糖尿病性视网膜病的发病机制尚不明确,影响其发生发展的因素也很复杂,因此,对糖尿病性视网膜病的发病危险因素及其诊治的研究,具有相当重要的意义。系统论,研究各种物质运动形态所共有的系统联系和关系,具有普遍的方法论意义,为现代医学的进步提供了全新的思维方式和科学方法论原则。本文试用系统论的整体性、优化原理阐述糖尿病性视网膜病变发病的危险因素与治疗进展,为对其深人研究提供方法论依据。
The number of diabetic patients has continued to increase worldwide. There is a general agreement that diabetic retinopathy can happen to 10 percent of type Ⅰ diabetes who have the disease for 10 years, whereas it will occur in 95 percent of persons with type Ⅱ diabetes for 20 years. However, the path genetic mechanism responsible for retinopathy is poorly understood. Furthermore, plenty of factors for the development of retinopathy are very complex. Therefore, studying the cause/risk factors in relation to the retinopathy and research in the treatments are of great significance to diagnosis and treatment of the retinal disease. Systems theory is an interdisciplinary field of science and the study of the nature of complex systems in nature, society, and science. More specifically, it is a framework by which one can analyze and/or describe any group of objects that work in concert to produce some result. Hence, without any doubt, systems theory provides a new way of thinking and is treated as a scientific method for the development of modern medicine. This dissertation posts the detail about risk factors relating to diabetic retinopathy and treatment process by utilizing the integrity of systems theory and its optimization methods, which layout method research for in--deep study on the disease.
