摘要
探讨了光(黑暗为对照)、温等因素对芨芨草种子发芽的影响。温度设10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃恒温和25/15℃、30/20℃、30/10℃、20/10℃变温9个处理。结果表明:芨芨草种子发芽不需光照,最适发芽温度为25/15℃变温及20℃和25℃恒温;适宜的初次与末次计数时间分别为第8d和第14d;种子的幼苗发育可归入单子叶植物子叶留土类型;种子千粒重为0.77g。
The effect of temperature and light conditions on germination of Achnatherum splendens seeds were studied. Nine temperature regimes used included constant temperatures at 10 ℃、15 ℃、20 ℃、25 ℃、30 ℃ and alternating temperatures at 25/15 ℃、30/20 ℃、30/10 ℃、20/10 ℃. The results showed that seed germination of Achnatherum splendens did not need light. The optimum germination temperatures were constant temperatures at 20 ℃ and 25 ℃ and alternating temperatures at 25/15 ℃. The suitainable time for first and final seedling counts were at 8th and 14th day of germination respectively. This species could be grouped into the type of monocotyledons with hypogeal germination, according to it′s seeding develepmental characters. 1 000 seed weight of the species is 0.77 g.
