Nursing Care of Postoperative Complications after Percutaneous Radial Artery Intervention in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨老年冠心病患者经桡动脉支架置入术术后并发症的护理要点.方法:回顾性分析了15例老年冠心病介入治疗术后血管并发症的护理过程.结果:本组15例患者出现并发症均得以有效控制.结论:在老年冠心病介入治疗中,采取充分的术前准备,积极的术中、术后监护处理,对保证患者手术顺利、预防或减少并发症的发生有重要意义.

Objective： To investigate the nursing points of postoperative complications after coronary stent implantation via radial artery in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods： Retrospectively analyzed the nursing process of 15 cases of senile vascular complications after percutaneous coronary intervention.Results： The occurrence of complications in 15 patients were able to effectively control.Conclusion： During coronary intervention of elderly patients,the adequate preoperative preparation,positive intraoperative and postoperative care can ensure a smooth operation,prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications.
