摘要
本文运用文献资料法、访谈法等,研究了运动员在训练中急性腰部损伤的发病机制,探讨了损伤发生的原因、临床表现,提出了损伤的治疗原则、方法和预防措施.
According to the methods of documents and materials and interview,the article summarizes the pathogenic mechanism of acute waist injury in sport and discusses clinical phenomenon,the causes of injury,cure principles,methods and preventive measures are put forward.
