摘要
中国道路交通事故死亡人数占全世界的15%,居世界第一;混合交通是我国目前交通的基本特征,交通运输中行人长久以来处于十分弱势地位。我国目前尚未出台相关法律法规,对行人保护新技术进行探索性研究,改善我国行人安全的工作任重而道远。
The rate of people killed in the traffic accident in China occupies 15% the traffic accident in the world, which is the highest number in the world. The mix traffic is the basic characters and the pedestrians have always been placed in a completely disadvantaged status in the traffic in China. In addition, our country has not yet issued the relevant laws and regulations about it. This research is original and has great prospect ad innovation in application.
