重型肝炎患者经人工肝治疗后加用腺苷蛋氨酸的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察重型肝炎患者经人工肝治疗后加用腺苷蛋氨酸(SAM)的临床疗效。方法以人工肝治疗结束后接受腺苷蛋氨酸的39例患者为研究组,未接受腺苷蛋氨酸治疗的35例患者为对照组,比较两组肝功能恢复情况,数据进行统计学处理。结果治疗2~3周后,研究组患者的血清总胆红素和谷胺酰转肽酶水平下降迅速,凝血酶原活动度升高明显,与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论重型肝炎患者在人工肝结束后加用SAM能有效地改善总胆红素等各项肝功能指标,促进疾病康复。 [Objective] To evaluate clinical efficiency of adding S-adenosyl methionine whereafter artificial liver support system therapy for hepatic failure. [Methods] After artificial liver support system therapy was finished, 39 cases received S-adenosyl methionine (SAM group) and 35 cases (control group) did not receive S-adenosyl methionine. Improving of hepatic functions was compared with the two groups. [Results] Hepatic function improved faster in SAM group than in control group. [Conclusions] Adding S-adenosyl methionine whereafter finishing artificial liver support system therapy can facilitate hepatic function improving.
