额济纳绿洲环境变迁与生态危机及其可持续发展对策

Environmental Change and Ecological Crisis-strategic Thinking for Sustainable Development for the Erjina Oasis.

对额济纳绿洲环境变迁的历史与现状进行了分析，认为自然环境的不断恶化和近代人类活动的强度干扰是导致额济纳绿洲生态危机的主要原因。在此基础上，提出了恢复绿洲及其可持续发展的相应对策。

This paper analysed the history and present situation of the environmental deterioration in the Erjina Qasis. Pointing out that climatic change and human activity were the main factors causing the deterioration. To cope with the ecological crisis, restore the vitality of the oasis, and to maintain sustainable development of the oasis ecosystem some measures should be taken: (1) Carry out the water dividing and using project of the Hihe river to maintain the water supply of Erjina River. (2) Reconstruct the forest network of the oasis using biological and engineering methods. (3) Reinforce management measures, adjust land use pattern and control human activities destructive to the oasis. (4) Establish the natural reserve of the oasis.
