半骨盆截肢及康复研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 骨盆肿瘤至今仍是骨科医师所面临的最重大的挑战之一。20世纪70年代以前。半骨盆截肢术是治疗骨盆肿瘤的标准手术方案。随着新辅助化疗的使用、影像诊断技术的进步以及骨盆肿瘤分期系统的推广.绝大多数骨盆肿瘤已采用保肢治疗。但对于部分保肢治疗失败的患者。半骨盆截肢术仍是解决问题的终极手段。同时,对于侵犯一侧骨盆并累及下肢主要血管神经的巨大肿瘤、难以控制的肢体感染以及某些创伤性疾病,半骨盆截肢也是唯一可行的治疗方案。近加年来。随着外科手术技术、康复医学和假肢制作工艺的发展,半骨盆截肢患者术后功能恢复较以前有了很大的提高。本文拟对这些方面研究进展作一综述。
