摘要
目的以相转移催化剂和浓硫酸代替纯浓硫酸为催化剂催化合成乙酸乙酯。方法通过正交实验法,得出反应的最佳状态:聚乙二醇400用量2.0克;浓硫酸用量:1.25毫升;物料配比:1:1.25;回流时间:30分钟;产率最终达到89.05%以上,而且质量稳定。结果利用红外分光光度计对产品进行鉴定,其红外光谱图与乙酸乙酯对照品图谱一致。
Objective Take shifts the catalyst and the strong sulfuric acid replaces the pure strong sulfuric acid as the catalyst catalysis synthesis ethyl acetate. Method Through the orthogonal cut-and-try method, obtains the response the optimum condition:Polyethylene glycol 400 amount used 2. 0 grams ; Strong sulfuric acid amount used : 1.25 milliliters; Material allocated proportion : 1 : 1.25 ; Backflow time :30 minutes ; The production rate achieves above finally 89.05% ,moreover the quality is stable. Results Uses the infrared spectrophotometer to carry on the appraisal to the product,its infrared light spectrogram is consistent with the ethyl acetate comparison atlas.
