项目实施过程中存在的各种风险对项目的顺利进行具有非常重要的影响,本文通过分析干系人理性的核心因素和项目风险沟通的特征,运用社会心理学中普遍研究人类行为意向的计划行为理论(TPB),初步探讨了项目干系人的风险认知,心理噪音,负面特性和信任特质等理性行为对项目风险沟通的影响因素。为改善项目风险沟通打下基础。
