摘要
高校的一项重要内容之一就是对教师的教学质量进行评判,如何公正公平对教师教学质量进行评判成为一项重要问题。以往对教师的综合评判多为定性分析,带有一定的主观性和片面性,不够全面准确,将模糊数学中的多层次模糊综合决策应用于教师教学质量评估,给出了具体步骤,这种方法具有一定的科学性和合理性。
