100例左心声学造影的临床应用及护理

The Clinical Applications of Left Heart Contrast Eehoeardiography and the Nursing for the Patients

目的探讨左心声学造影临床应用的安全性及护理方法。方法经静脉注入稀释的全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射剂0.01ml/kg进行左心室造影,分别进行给药前、后造影效果及对生命体征影响的比较。结果100例患者单次静脉注射全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球造影剂后,造影效果满意。且对血压、心率、呼吸等生命指征无明显临床意义的影响。心电图无明显改变。结论应用全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射剂进行左心造影对心脏疾病的诊断具有重要指导意义且临床应用安全,严密监测患者生命体征以及准确、到位的护理工作是护理环节的关键所在。

Objective To investigate the clinical applications of left heart contrast echocardiography and the care for the patients. Methods After intravenous injection of diluted perfluoropropane - albumin microsphere injection （0.01 mi/kg） for left heart contrast echocardiography, we compared the contrast effect and the differences of the vital signs of pre - injection and post - injection respectively. Results 100 patients received left heart contrast echocardiography with perfluoropropane- albumin microsphere injection, and the imaging results were satisfactory. The vital signs, such as the blood pressure, heart rate, breathing and respiration show no obvious impact of clinical significance. No significant changes in ECG Discussion Left heart contrast echocardiography with perfluoropropane- albumin microsphere injection is of high value in guidifig the diagnosis of heart diseases and it is safe. Closely monitoring the vital signs of the patients and accurately caring in place is the key point for nursing.
