目的探讨用在线尿素清除率监测器（OCM）监测不同血红蛋白水平对维持性血液透析患者尿素清除率的影响。方法将29例患者随机按血红蛋白水平分为二组，A组：Hb：100—130g／LB组：Hb：50-99g／L，采用在线尿素清除率监测器（OCM）观察尿素清除率（KT／V值）变化情况。结论A组：KT／V值为1．22±0．8，B组：KT／V值为1．54±1．0，两组之间有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于维持性血液透析患者，血红蛋白水平高，KT／V值偏低；血红蛋白水平低，KT／V值偏高。

Objective Online clearance monitoring explore different hemoglobin level of maintenance hemodialysis patients the effects of urea clearance rate. Methods 29 cases of patients will be randomized according to hemoglobin level divided into two groups, A group ： Hb ： 100 - 130 g/L B group ： Hb ：50 - 99 g/L The use of online urea clearance rate monitor（OCM） observate the changes of urea clearance rate（KT/V）. Results A group： KT/V： 1.22 - 0. 8 Bgroup： KT/V ： 1.54 - 1.0 Between the two groups were significantly different（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion For maintenance hemodialysis patients, High levels of hemoglobin, the value of KT/V is lower;Low levels of hemoglobin, the value of KT/V is higher.
