387例假单胞菌的分离鉴定和临床药敏分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解假单胞菌的临床鉴定和药敏分析情况。方法细菌鉴定按《全国临床检验操作规范》进行,使用法国梅里埃及杭州天和微生物试剂有限公司提供的试剂及细菌鉴定分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏分析。结果在阳性标本中,检出假单胞菌387例,占标本总数的3.8%,占阳性标本数的11.6%,假单胞菌以痰也标本检出率最高,其次为分泌物及其他标本。在假单胞菌中以铜绿假单胞菌检出率最高,其细菌分布为,铜绿假单胞菌338例,占87.34%;嗜麦芽糖假单胞菌31例,占8.01%;斯氏假单胞菌12例,占3.1%;莹光假单胞菌4例,占1.03%;洋葱假单菌2例,占0.52%。338例铜绿假单胞菌药敏结果主要以丁胺卡那霉素和哌拉西林敏感性最高,达到100%;而对氨卞西林、头孢唑啉耐药性最高,耐药率达到100%。结论铜绿假单胞菌是医院感染中肺部感染的主要病原菌,当大量使用抗菌药物或免疫抑制剂时,免疫功能有不同程度的降低,患者易受该菌的侵袭,导致耐药菌株的出现。 Objective understands the pseudomonad the clinical appraisal and the medicine sensitive analysis situation. Methods identification of bacteria carries on according to " Nation Clinical Checked operation Standard" , uses the reagent which and the identification of bacteria analyzer the Hangzhou day and the microorganism reagent Limited company provides carries on the identification of bacteria and the medicine sensitive analysis. Results in the masculine specimen, picks out the pseudomonad 387 examples, accounts for the specimen total 3.8% , occupies the masculine specimen number 11.6% , the pseudomonad is also highest by the phlegm specimen detection rate, next for secretion and other specimens. Is highest in the pseudomonad by the verdigris pseudomonad detection rate, his/her the bacterium distribution is, the verdigris pseudomonad 338 examples, account for 87.34% ; Is addicted to the malt sugar pseudomonad 31 examples, accounts for 8.01% ; The Si pseudomonad 12 examples, account for 3.1% ; The sparkling jade-like stone light pseudomonad 4 exampies, account for 1.03% ; The onion false single fungus 2 examples, account for 0.52%. 338 example verdigris pseudomonad medicine sensitive result mainly and pal pulls the Xilin sensitivity by the butylamine card that mildew element to be highest, achieves 100% ; But to the ammonia Bian Xilin, the spore zuo lin drug resistance is highest, bears the medicine rate to achieve 100%. Conclusion the verdigris pseudomonad is the main disease germ which in the nosocomial infection the lungs infect, when uses the antibiotics or the immunity inhibitor massively, the immunologic function has varying degree reduction, patient Yi Shougai the fungus attack, causes to bear the medicine strain the appearance.
