目的探讨宫腔镜检查及输卵管通液术在不孕症中的应用价值。方法对120例不孕症患者行宫腔镜检查并在宫腔镜下行输卵管通液术,术前术后输卵管通畅情况进行比较。结果本组120例不孕症患者,或多或少存在着器质性病变,对治疗提供了直观的证据,在宫腔镜下行输卵管通液术大大提高了输卵管的疏通效果。结论宫腔镜检查及输卵管通液术是诊治不孕症的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the hysteroseopy and hydrotubation operation in the application of infertility. Methods 120 eases of infertility patients with hysteroseopy and hysteroseopy under hydrotubation of properative after tubal pateney in comparison. Results The 120 cases of infertility patients,there is a more or less organic lesions, the treatment provided visual evidence, conducted in the hysteroseopie tubal transfusion has greatly enhaneecl the oviduct of the dredge effect. Conclusion hysteroseopy and hydrotubation diagnosis of infertility is an effective method.
