The article has analysed the concept, including content and functions of the hospital culture, has set forth some understanding of the hospital cuhural construction at the same time. The hospital cultural construction should be based on the hospital social responsibility and adhered to the ＂people-oriented＂ concept in practice, then established harmonious hospital culture.
