循证医学在影像见习教学中的应用研究

摘要 通过对120名三年级医学影像专业本科学生开展循证医学教学实践,研究循证医学在影像见习教学中的应用价值。入选学生随机分为EBM组和对照组,各60名,对照组采用传统教学方法,EBM组采用以小组为单位的循证医学教学法。结果显示对照组平均成绩为(66.82±7.62)分,EBM组平均成绩为(70.95±7.3)分,其中,读片得分为:EBM组为(13.73±3.87)分,对照组为(11.81±3.66)分,通过t检验两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。研究发现EBM组理论和临床技能考核成绩优于对照组。
