摘要
目的探讨骶管蛛网膜囊肿的MRI特点并总结治疗体会。方法回顾分析11例经手术治疗的骶管蛛网膜囊肿病人MR及手术资料,分析其MR特点,总结手术方法。结果MRI显示硬膜囊末端囊性肿物,与脑脊液信号相同。本组11例获6个月～3年3个月(平均31.2个月)随访,优:9例,可:2例。结论MRI诊断骶管蛛网膜囊肿准确,是诊断主要依据。对临床症状重者应考虑手术治疗,手术效果值得肯定。
Objective To investigate the MRI feature and surgical effect of sacral perineural cysts.Methods We retrospectively reviewed the records of data on MRI and operation for eleven adult patients with sacral perineural cysts who were treated at the hospital of Sheng Li Oil Field in order to analysis their feature.Results After surgery,radicular pain improved markedly for nine patients and moderately for two patients;one patient with initial improvement experienced pain recurrence 9 months later.There were two cases cerebrospinal fluid leaks and no new postoperative neurological deficits.Conclusion MRI is the most ideal image method for the diagnosis of sacral canal cyst ,surgical cyst opertion are effective treatments for long--term relief of refractory painful radiculopathy.
