中医辨证治疗支气管哮喘的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Chinese Medicine Dialectical Treatment Bronchus Asthma

目的观察中药辩证治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法120例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组中医辩证分为热哮、寒哮用中药治疗,对照组用先锋霉素Ⅳ、氨茶碱、地塞米松口服治疗,10d为1疗程。观察2组临床症状、体征、副反应及下次发作的时间等情况。结果治疗组和对照组的临床有效率分别为86.7%及75%,治疗组无明显副作用,且再发作的时间要长于对照组。结论治疗组优于对照组。

Objective Observe clinical curative effect of the Chinese herbal medicine dialectical treatment bronchus asthma.Methods 120 sufferers is divided in to cure 6060 of examples and matched controlses of set random,a Chinese medicine of treatment dialectical is divided into the hot asthma,cold asthma to use the Chinese herbal medicine treatment,the matched control uses the plain Ⅳ,ammonia tea alkali,ground of the vanguard mildewed to fill the rice to loosen to take orally the treatment,10 days for a treatment distance.Observe two clinical symptom, bodies advertise for,vice--reaction and time go into action next time etc.circumstance.Results The clinic that cure the set and matched control is efficient to distinguish to 86.7% and 75%s,curing the set to have no obvious side effect,and again time that go into action wants the longer than matched control.Conclusion Cure a better than matched control.
