热休克蛋白-70对急性肺损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 热休克蛋白(HSP)对急性肺损伤(ALI)具有保护作用,其中已知的热休克蛋白HSP-70与肺脏的生物学关系最为密切,它通过分子伴侣、抗炎、抗氧化以及抗细胞凋亡等机制对ALI起保护作用。本文就HSP-70对急性肺损伤的保护作用及其机制做一综述。
