摘要
】推导出1对隐性核不育基因和3对隐性核不育基因在不同分离世代的理论分离比,然后以胞质不育系L17A和陕2A、细胞核+细胞质双重不育系GCDA-1的多个分离世代为材料,采用卡平方适合性测验方法验算了它们所带的育性基因对数。结果表明,L17A和陕2A为1对隐性不育基因控制,双重不育系由3对隐性不育基因所控制,但胞质不育基因s1与两个核不育基因m1m2中的一个可能存在连锁关系。
The theoretical segregation ratios in different segregating generations are inferred of a pair of recessive sterile genes from CMS lines and three pairs of recessive sterile genes from GMS+CMS double sterility lines. Some segregarting generations of the CMS lines L17A and Shan 2A and the double sterile line GCDA-1 of rapeseed ( Brassica napus ) were used to estimate the number of sterility genes involved in the sterile lines with X 2 test. The results showed that a pair of sterile genes were present in L17A and Shan 2A and three pairs of recessive sterile genes in GCDA-1; however, linkage seemed to exist between the CMS gene s 1 and the GMS gene m 1 or m 2.
