摘要
受冷害(4℃,36h)的水稻幼苗,经2mg/L的激动素(KT)喷雾和根施后,其平均单株鲜重、干重、株高、日均生长率、叶绿素含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)含量都比冷害苗显著提高。SOD的提高与丙二醛(MDA)含量和电解质渗漏率(R/R′)的降低呈显著负相关。冷害稻苗经KT处理后,各项生理生化指标均接近正常,足见KT对冷害稻苗的保护作用。高效液相色谱分析表明,外源KT是通过提高稻苗体内KT和玉米素含量而起作用。
After chilling injury at 4℃ for 36 hours, the rice was sprayed with 2 mg/L Kinetin. Many physiological and biological targets were increased, including fresh and dry weight of single seedling rate of seedling growth per day and the content of chlorophyll. The SOD and POD activity were increased too. There was a negative correlation between the SOD activities and the MDA contents. The results indicated that Kinetin had effects on chill injured rice seedlings. Analysis of HPLC showed that exogenous KT works through the increase of KT and Zeatin contents of chill injured rice seedlings.
