抢救车专用安瓿托盘的临床应用及效果评价

Clinical application of ampoule tray specially used for crash truck and effect evaluation

目的评价抢救车专用安瓿托盘的应用效果。方法随机选取16个科室，分别以药品管理、抢救药品应用技术考核、护理人员工作满意度为评价指标，对2007年使用普通抢救车和2008年使用装有安瓿托盘的抢救车的工作情况进行比较。以2007年为对照组，2008年为实验组。结果2组在药品管理、抢救药品应用技术考核、护理人员工作满意度方面差异显著。结论抢救车专用安瓿托盘在使用过程中，方便快捷，缩短了交接班时间，降低了不安全因素，提高了抢救药品的管理水平。提高了护理人员的工作效率和质量。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of ampoule tray specially used for crash truck. Methods 16 departments in our hospital were randomly selected, the working condition of com- mon crash truck used in 2007 （the control group） and crash truck installed with ampoule tray used in 2008 （the experimental group）was compared, using drug administration, technical check of rescue drug application and job satisfaction degree of nursing staff as evaluation index. Results The two groups showed significant difference in drug administration, technical check of rescue drug application and job satisfaction degree of nursing staff. Conclusions Ampoule tray specially used for crash truck is convenient and shortcut, it shorten the time of work transition time, degrade the unsafe factors, elevate the rescue drug administration level, improve nursing personnels＇ working efficiency and quality.
