摘要
进行N+离子注入银杏诱变相关育种效应的研究,结果表明,低能N+离子注入引起银杏形态特征的变化:芽萌动时间提前,展叶率增加,成活率改善,开花数和开花枝增多,新梢伸长长度增加,结果明显提前。离子注入引起银杏有效成分黄酮含量与对照有显著差异。
Study of radiation-induced breeding was carried out.The experiment showed that N + ion implantation in Gingo biloba leading to changes of shape and characters such as sprout and viability,length of sprout and sector,flowering and fruiting.L 8 (4×3 4) orthogonal test demonstrated that combination of A 1B 2C 2 was the best treatment when N + ion implantation 30 times,alcohol concentration 95% and reflux 8 hour
