摘要
分别采用真菌和细菌木聚糖酶对碱法稻草浆进行漂白处理,结果表明,在细菌木聚糖酶处理时,随着酶用量的增加,白度和强度都相应有所增加,但经过次氯酸盐补漂后。
A treatment with xylanases from fungus An76 and bacterium A30 was applied to bleaching of rice straw pulp.The result shows that the more the bacterium's xylanase used,the higher the increments of brightness and strength were.In contrast,the xylanase from fungus was more effective on the improvement of brightness than that from the bacterium did after hypochlorite bleached.
