摘要
研究了交联壳聚糖(CCTS)对Sb(Ⅲ)-吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)和Sb(Ⅴ)-APDC的吸附行为,并探讨了吸附机理。结果表明:在pH=2时Sb(Ⅲ)-APDC和Sb(Ⅴ)-APDC的吸附率分别为96%和98%。吸附后,利用Sb(Ⅲ)和Sb(Ⅴ)形成氢化物的不同条件分别测定,建立了氢化物发生原子吸收(HGAAS)测定水中痕量Sb(Ⅲ)和Sb(Ⅴ)的方法。该法的检出限为60ng/L,回收率为95%~107%,相对标准偏差为21%~56%。
The adsorption of Sb(Ⅲ)_and Sb(Ⅴ)_ ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamates (APDC) on cross_linked chitosan (CCTS) has been studied,and its mechanism is discussed.The adsorption rates of Sb(Ⅲ) and Sb(Ⅴ) are 96% and 98%,respectively.By changing conditions of hydride formation,Sb(Ⅲ) and Sb(Ⅴ) can be determined separately by AAS after their conversion to SbH3.A new method for the determination of aqueous Sb(Ⅲ) and Sb(Ⅴ) by hydride generation and subsequent atomic absorption spectrometry determination is proposed.The detection limit is 60 ng·L-1.The recovery is 95%~107%,while the relative standard deviation is in the range of 21%~56%.
