摘要
采用单柱离子色谱系统,以025mmol/L乙二胺+050mmol/L草酸(pH400)为流动相,同时分析了Ni2+、Zn2+、Co2+、Fe2+、Mn2+、Cd2+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Sr2+和Ba2+10种离子。研究了流动相组成对离子保留时间的影响,当流动相中草酸浓度改变或流动相pH值改变时,过渡金属离子保留时间的变化幅度大于碱土金属离子,可利用这一特性改善过渡金属与碱土金属离子之间的分离状况。方法用于叶面肥试样的分析,结果良好。
A method for simultaneous determination of transition metal ions including Ni2+,Zn2+,Co2+,Fe2+,Mn2+, Cd2+and alkaline earth metal ions including Mg2+,Ca2+,Sr2+, Ba2+ by single_column ion chromatography was developed. Ethylenediamine_oxalic acid was used as a mobile phase and the optimum composition of the mobile phase was 025 mmol/L ethylenediamine_050 mmol/L oxalic acid (pH 400).The effect of the mobile phase composition on retention time was studied.When oxalic acid concentration or pH of the mobile phase was varied,the variation of retention time of transition metal ions was greater than that of alkaline earth metal ions.This regularity can be used to improve separation between transition and alkaline earth metal ions.Transition and alkaline earth metal ions in a leaf surface fertilizer were analyzed by this method with satisfactory results.
