摘要
应用一根Shim-packCLC-NH2柱(60mm×150mm)和一根Lichrosorb-NH2柱(5mm×250mm)串联组合,用RID-6A折光检测器检测,以CH3CN+H2O(75+25)作流动相,成功地分离了鼠李糖、木糖、树胶醛糖、果糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、蔗糖、纤维二糖、海藻糖、乳糖、蜜二糖、松三糖、棉籽糖,建立一种快速简便的测糖方法。
A HPLC method is described for the separation and determination of 13 sugars in cotton,namely,rhamnose,ribose,L(+)_arabinose,fructose,glucose,sucrose,cellobiose,galactose,trehalose,lactose,melibiose,melezitose and raffinose.Sugars are extracted from cotton by boiling cotton samples in water.A Shim_pack CLC_NH2 column(d 60 mm×150 mm)and a Lichrosorb_NH2 column(d 50 mm×250 mm)are employed in series.A mixture of acetonitrile and water (75∶25) is used as the mobile phase.The detector used is a diffraction monitor RID_6A.The method is simple and rapid.
