摘要
利用同时蒸馏萃取装置(SDE)对羊粪中的挥发性成分进行提取,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术和气相色谱程序升温保留指数进行定性分析。质谱法共鉴定出45种组份,占峰面积的 57.41%。用标样和双柱保留指数法进一步确证了其中的 28种组分,占峰面积的 27. 86%。比较了鸽子粪和羊粪的相同挥发成分,为了解它们的药物作用提供参考。
According to the traditional Chinese medicine, it was reported that the volatiles of the goat feces are effective in curing many illness. We obtained the volatiles of goat feces by using a simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE) equipment. The chemical composition of the volatile was examined by means of capillary gas chromatography and combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 45 constitu- ents of the volatiles were identified by GC-MS, which amounted to 57.41 % of the loud peak areas. Of these compounds, 28 were further identified by measuring their temperature-programmed retention indexes on SE-54 and PEG-20 M columns and making comparison with those of the corresponding authentic sam- ples, which amounted to 27.86% of the total peak areas. The main constituents of the volatiles are 7- hexadecene (7. 61 % ), 4-methyl phenol(6. 78% ), 2, 4, 6-trimethyl-1, 3-benzenediedne(5.78% ),7, 11, 15 - tetramethyl-2- hexadecen- 1 - ol-3 (3.55 % ). The compound classes consist of ketones (10 ), aide hydes (7), alkenes(7), Phenols(4), and alcohols(3). The article compared the constituents of the vola- tiles in pigenon feces and gnat feces, and many common common constitents are found out.
