摘要
西藏高海拔试验基地是国家电网公司根据超/特高压输电发展需求提出的建设项目之一,基地建设对研究高海拔地区输电工程空气间隙特别是长间隙放电特性、导体电晕特性与输电线路电磁环境参数的海拔校正,满足"西电东送"工程需要,以及提升西藏电网高电压试验能力,服务西藏电网建设与发展具有重要意义。该试验基地海拔4300m,主要包括户外试验场、试验线段、人工污秽试验室。在介绍了该试验基地选址和规划设计时考虑的问题、试验研究功能、设计方案、试验设施的主要性能参数后,还介绍了已开展的各项试验研究工作。建成后开展的初步试验研究表明,试验基地能满足高海拔地区超/特高压交直流工程外绝缘与电磁环境试验研究以及西藏电网相关试验研究要求。
The high Altitude Tibet Test Base is one of the construction projects proposed by the State Grid Corporation of China according to the development trends for EHV and UHV power transmission. The construction of the test base is of very important significance to study discharge characteristics of the long air gaps, corona characteristic of device, altitude correction of electro-magnetic environment of transmission line for the high altitude power transmission projects, to satisfy the requirements of the "western power transmission to the eastern area" project, as well as to increase the high voltage test capability and development of the Tibet grid. In essentials, this test base altitude is 4300m and it consists of outdoor test site, test line, artificial pollution testing laboratory. In this paper, the problems to be considered in the site selection as well as planning and design of the test base are summarized; the experimental research capability and design scheme of the test base are presented; the mian peformance parameters of above-mentioned experimental facilities and test research work carried out are given. Test research work carried out are shown that the high altitude Tibet test base can satisfy research of exteral insulation and electoromagnetic environment for UHV AC&DC projects and Tibet grid test research requirements in high altutide areas.
