摘要 为研究车辆、飞机、舰船仓部等小空间电场环境的电磁兼容与防护问题,需要在尽可能不影响被测电场分布的情况下,实现对脉冲电场的测试。为此,通过特殊的结构和电路设计,利用传感器的外壳实现天线和屏蔽功能,通过高阻耦合、直接电光转换和天线-电容方式实现衰减与降噪等技术,研制成功了一种带有尾纤的、截面积1cm2,长度6cm,能够直接将几Hz至数GHz的脉冲电场信号转换为强度调制的激光波输出的微型有源宽带脉冲电场传感器。测试结果表明,它具有良好的宽带性能和很高的灵敏度,不失真输出动态范围超过60dB,成功解决了小空间环境条件下对宽带脉冲电场的测试问题。 In order to research electromagnetic compatibility and protection inside of a small space, e.g. the storehouse of vehicle, airplane, warship, etc. , the pulsed E-field is required to be tested under the condition that the E-field measured is not interfered as possible by test set. Thereby, an active mini-probe was developed with pigtail fiber, and section 1 cm^2 ,length 6 cm, its special configuration was provided with the functions of antenna and shield, and was capable of converting directly the pulsed E-field signal, with frequency from Hz to several GHz, into intensity-modulated laser. The key techniques include high-resistance coupling technique, directly electricity-optical converting technique, attenuation and low-noise technique by means of antenna- capacitance. By test and measurement, it is testified that the sensor has excellent wideband characteristic, high sensitivity, and its non-distortion dynamic range is above 60 dB. The difficult problem of testing wide-band pulsed E-field inside of a small space has been solved successfully by mean of the sensor.
