摘要
为了深入研究风电场接入电网后的暂态稳定特性,结合风力发电机组自身的暂态特性,提出以线路临界故障清除时间、故障时风力发电机接入母线电压为指标,研究了发生外部三相短路故障时对电力系统本身和风力发电机组的影响;对比分析了在同一接入点分别接入不同容量的风电场时系统对应的稳定特性和对风电场母线电压的冲击,以及风机接入不同的节点时对这二者的不同影响程度;讨论了风电场与系统接入点发生故障后对各母线电压的影响;在充分考虑了电网的静态安全约束以及受到大扰动情况下动态安全的要求,为确定风电场最佳接入系统容量提供了依据。
The characteristic of transient stability was investigated when wind farms were connected to the power grid. Combining with the transient characteristics of wind turbine, taking the critical fault clearing time and the bus voltage as an indexes, we studied the impacts on the power system and wind turbine when the three short-circuit faults occurring in the power grid. The different impacts on the stability of power system and the bus voltage were analyzed and compared on conditions that different capacity of wind farms were connected at the same point of the power grid, as well as the varying degrees of influence when wind farm was connected at different points. The impact of the bus voltage was studied when the access point between the wind farm and power grid broke down. Under the premise of guaranteeing the safety of static binding of the power grid and dynamic security requirement of large disturbance cases, it will provide the basis of the best wind power capacity connected to the power grid.
